Our human hair extensions are unprocessed, meaning they retain their natural color and texture. This variation is completely normal and reflects the uniqueness of each individual hair strand. While we do our best to provide consistent quality, slight color/texture variations can occur.

Currently, we do not offer specific color options for our human hair extensions. However, if you're looking to achieve a specific shade, we recommend consulting with a professional stylist. They can use a Semi-Permanent or Permanent color treatment to achieve the exact shade you desire.

Our extensions are sourced in their purest form, resulting in natural variations in color.

Our Hair Extension bundles fall within the color shade range of "#1B - #4".

 

This variation is entirely normal and showcases the uniqueness of each hair strand. While we strive for consistent quality, slight color and texture variations can occur.

​We wanted to take a moment to explain the unique curl/wave pattern that you may have noticed on our hair extensions before their first shampoo.​

 

The uniform curl/wave pattern you see on our hair extension products is intentionally created using a process known as "steam setting." This method is employed to ensure that all individual hair strands are uniform and consistent in their curl or wave pattern, resulting in a cohesive and visually appealing appearance when packaged and delivered to our valued customers.

​Please note that due to the steam process, lengths and textures may vary slightly. Some bundles may appear to have a tighter or looser wave during packaging based on the steam setting. Rest assured, this is temporary—after the initial wash or shampoo before installation, the texture and length will settle as expected.

Here's how the process works:​

1. Steam Treatment: Prior to packaging, the hair extensions undergo a controlled steam treatment. This involves subjecting the hair to steam, which helps set the desired curl or wave pattern.

2. Uniformity: Steam setting ensures that each hair strand adopts the intended curl or wave style consistently across the entire set of extensions. This process helps maintain the quality and aesthetics of the product. It's important to note that the packaging curl/wave pattern is slightly different and may change after the first shampoo.

The hair extensions are completely versatile and can be restyled to your liking using heat styling tools, making them customizable to your preferred look. We strongly encourage customers to use a Heat Protection Product to ensure that their hair extensions maintain their natural wave/curl after styling.

Eliminating Scent Retention: Care & Restoration Protocols

At The Firas Collection, we take pride in offering premium human hair extensions crafted to the highest standards. Due to the natural characteristics of human hair and the minimal processing involved to preserve its integrity, a mild residual scent may occasionally be present upon receipt. This is a typical occurrence resulting from the manufacturing and packaging process. During production, the hair undergoes various treatments, such as cleansing and conditioning, which can sometimes leave behind a subtle fragrance, often described as natural or earthy in nature.

 

Please be assured that this scent is temporary and can be easily eliminated with proper care. We recommend performing an initial wash with a clarifying shampoo to refresh the extensions before installation.

 

If the scent is more pronounced or raises concerns, please contact us immediately before removing the extensions from the packaging or altering them. In such cases, we will offer personalized assistance and provide a comprehensive support guide, particularly if the item is no longer eligible for exchange or return.

If you notice a slight scent upon receiving your extensions, follow these easy steps to restore their natural freshness:

1. Pre-Treatment: Apple Cider Vinegar & Baking Soda

Start by preparing a solution of lukewarm water, 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Soak the extensions in this mixture for 10-15 minutes. The apple cider vinegar helps to neutralize any residual odors, while the baking soda gently lifts away any impurities.

2. Clarifying Shampoo

After the pre-treatment, wash the extensions with a clarifying shampoo to remove any remaining scent or buildup. This type of shampoo effectively cleanses the hair and prepares it for the next steps. Gently lather the shampoo, focusing on areas where the scent is noticeable, and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

3. Deep Conditioning Masque
