How is the White Diamond Collection different than your Brazilian Collection?
Our White Diamond is our Premium Hair Grade Collection that offers more Density; similar Texture Patterns.
Do you Ship outside of the USA?
Yes, International Shipping Times vary based on the "Ship To" Location.  
Shipping Estimates will be provided at the time of shipment notification

Where does the hair come from?

All hair extension "bundles" come directly from individual hair donors, free from chemical processes.

 (Due to the nature of business, hair donor information or "inventory source" is confidential and not subject to "public" release).​​

Are your extensions "double-weft"?

Yes.

One of my bundles is fuller than the other, and I need to exchange it.

If you believe that your product received may be defective, please send us an email before removing it from the product packaging.

Why are my bundles, not the same color?

Hair Extension products may vary in hair color due to the nature of Human Hair Extensions.

Can I color my hair extensions?

Yes, Firas Collection Hair Extension "Bundles" should be "chemically processed" by a State Licensed Cosmetologist ONLY(includes ALL color processing) .

PROFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE AND INSTALLATION ARE STRONGLY SUGGESTED.

 

Where is my "pre-order" order?

All "Pre-Order" orders are processed and fulfilled within approximately 10-14 Business Days from the order placement date.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email at the full completion of your order's processing.

Why do my hair extensions have a slight scent?

Human hair extensions can sometimes retain odors from the manufacturing and packaging processes, but they can be refreshed and revitalized with proper care.

What if I change my mind about what Length or Texture I want?

Can I "pick up" my order?

 Order Pickup is not offered at this time.

"Pick up" and  "On-Hand Purchase" is UNAVAILABLE

How many Bundles of Hair do I need for an install/wig creation?

All Hair Extension Bundles are separately sold.

For installation, the following is recommended:

Based on your install's longest length

12" to 14" - 2 bundles

16" to 20"- 3 bundles

22" and up - 4 bundles

What color are the TFC Hair Products?

Hair Extension "Bundle" products may slightly differ in "hair color" due to the range of hair donors and the product(s) being free from chemical processing prior to purchase. 

 All products can be color-processed to achieve the desired hair color. 

(Consulting a Licensed Hair Professional is STRONGLY recommended)

What are your order-processing times?

Completed orders are processed within approximately 1- 3 Business Days

of order placement. 

For orders containing Pre-Order Items and/or Verification Holds processing times vary.

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of business, refunds, and exchanges may be honored at the discretion of the Company.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, If you have not received a Shipment Notification Email your order can be canceled.

We currently offer Standard & Priority Shipping!
INTERNATIONAL ORDER SHIPMENT TIMES VARY.

Where is my order?
A tracking number is provided via email once your order has shipped.

If you have not received a tracking number, your order is still being processed

What if I can't locate my "delivered" order?
Please contact our selected Shipping Provider, USPS HERE  for assistance with a Mail Search.

If further assistance is needed, please email our customer support.  ​

Customers must initiate all "order" investigations with our customer support within 30 days of your order's Dispatch Date.
